Brief Description:
Brief Description: Cilantro Engineering was the Mechanical & Electrical
Contractor for this landmark riverside development, close to the Phoenix Park in
Dublin 8project; The project is built on the 5.6 hectare site of the former
military establishment, Clancy Barracks, and residential units are incorporated
within the refurbished Victorian buildings, with the 19th century central square
being re-instated as a public space.
The completed project compromises of the following M&E Installations:
- 420 Residential Units, from one, two & three-bedroom apartments to town-houses,
arranged in blocks of up to eight storey’s
- A Medical Centre and Crèche
- Retail & Office Units
- Cultural and Religious Centre
- Restaurant and Bar
- New riverside boardwalk lighting
- 2 Levels of Underground Car-Park
This Project is a fine example of the ability of Cilantro Engineering Ltd. to
deliver high-quality mixed-use developments on a major scale, within a city
centre environment. This project is programmed to run over a two year period and
has so far achieved its milestone dates.
